Mr. Young has been practicing law for over 24 years. He has a depth of experience in litigation having worked as in-house counsel with a major oil company, a partner in a law firm and now as a sole practitioner. He litigates in both state and federal court and is licensed to practice law both in Texas and Louisiana. Mr. Young has represented major corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as individuals. His level of experience gives him the ability to see the "big picture" in a case and, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, can articulate and anticipate the other side's strategy and moves. Thus, Mr. Young's experience provides him an edge in litigation. He has represented attorneys in litigation over their firms as well as a prominent Texas appellate judge in a personal real estate case.
